Derwent Aquatone
Aquatone is a solid stick of pure water-soluble pigment, a wonderful new tool to create vivid and stunningly different pictures. Aquatone is an easy to peel paper wrapped round 7 x 180mm solid stick of pure water-soluble colour, in effect a wood-less Watercolour pencil containing 4 times as much material as a traditional watercolour pencil. It is a versatile tool which can be used in many different drawing and painting effects. Use it wet or dry as a conventional pencil, as a block of solid colour when broken into chunks.
